Dr. Becky

Dr. Rebecca Hanson (“Dr. Becky”) is not just about perfecting smiles; she’s also an adventurer at heart! When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her exploring the great outdoors with her husband, Tony, and their two golden retrievers, Finn and Murphy. Whether it’s fishing, wake surfing, golfing, downhill skiing, or snowmobiling, Dr. Becky is always on the move. She loves to travel and discover new places and cultures, constantly seeking unique adventures.

But let’s talk education! Dr. Becky grew up in St. Cloud, Minnesota, and graduated from Tech High School. She then majored in art history and minored in biology and chemistry at Gustavus Adolphus College. Her passion for dentistry led her to the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery, finishing in the top ten percent of her class. After some time practicing general dentistry in Colorado, Dr. Becky specialized in orthodontics at Saint Louis University, earning her Certificate in Orthodontics and Masters of Science in 2002 while serving as Vice President of her class.

Dr. Becky is certified by the American Board of Orthodontics and is committed to using the latest technology to make treatments faster, more comfortable, and with predictably stunning results. A published author and public lecturer, Dr. Becky is also an active member of both local and national professional organizations, ensuring she stays at the forefront of orthodontic care.

Dr. Kyle

Dr. Kyle Knudsen (“Dr. Kyle”) is a man of many interests! He is an avid traveler, always eager to experience new places and cultures, and also enjoys staying active by hiking, working out, and slalom and barefoot water skiing. Growing up on a farm in southwestern Minnesota, Dr. Kyle raised and showed purebred Hampshire sheep. Now he’s moved on to showing dogs! Dr. Kyle’s lovable dogs, Ben and Henley, often visit the office and are great at helping nervous or apprehensive patients feel at ease. Be sure to let us know if you’d like to meet them!

Now, let’s dive into his dental expertise. Dr. Kyle earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from North Dakota State University and went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota, finishing number one in his class. He was also inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. In 2015, Dr. Kyle received his Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master of Science from the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Kyle loves the unique combination of art and science in orthodontics and is dedicated to achieving beautiful smiles for all his patients. He stays up-to-date with the latest orthodontic techniques and technologies, ensuring the best possible care. Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Kyle also participates in a variety of dental associations, has served in the Minnesota Dental Association House of Delegates, and volunteers his time with the CentraCare Cleft & Craniofacial Center.

Dr. Jac

Dr. Jacqueline Lin (“Dr. Jac”) brings a vibrant energy to Central Minnesota Orthodontics, blending her passion for orthodontics with a love for adventure! Dr. Jac had a long and successful career in gymnastics, competing at the NCAA Division I level. These days, she enjoys barefoot waterskiing, rock climbing, hiking, biking, gardening, and ceramics. Dr. Jac and her husband are also proud parents of a toddler son, adding yet another layer of joy and excitement to their lives.

A native of St. Cloud, Dr. Jac graduated from Tech High School. She pursued rigorous academic disciplines, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in physics and mathematics, followed by a Master of Science degree in biomechanics. Dr. Jac went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. In 2019, she completed her Certificate in Orthodontics and earned a second Master of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Jac’s approach to orthodontics is both professional and personable, with a goal of making each patient’s experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She is certified by the American Board of Orthodontics and remains abreast of the latest advancements in orthodontic care, ensuring her patients receive the most effective treatments available. Dr. Jac also uses her skills and knowledge to help those in need, including volunteering with the cleft and craniofacial program at Children’s Hospital.
